1. Scope of Services

Sarvgati provides professional car transportation, bike transportation, corporate and dealer vehicle movement, warehousing and vehicle storage, vehicle insurance assistance, and car and bike loading and unloading services across India. All services are offered subject to availability and operational feasibility.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Customers must provide accurate details regarding vehicle type, pickup and delivery locations, preferred dates, and valid identification documents at the time of booking. Service confirmation is provided only after verification of details and receipt of applicable advance payment, if required.

3. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Prior to transportation, the condition of the vehicle may be documented. Customers are advised to inspect their vehicle carefully at the time of delivery and report any concerns immediately. Delayed reporting may affect resolution.

4. Personal Belongings

Customers should not keep personal items or valuables inside the vehicle during transportation. Sarvgati shall not be responsible for loss or damage of any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

5. Insurance and Liability

Vehicle insurance coverage is optional but strongly recommended. If insurance is availed, claims will be handled as per the insurance provider’s terms. In cases where insurance is not selected, Sarvgati’s liability is limited in accordance with applicable transport regulations.

6. Pricing and Payments

Transportation charges are based on distance, vehicle type, transport mode, and additional services selected. All pricing details are shared in advance. Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Failure to complete payment may result in service delay or cancellation.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Any request for cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in advance. Charges, if applicable, will depend on service stage, route planning, and operational costs already incurred.

8. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on route planning and operational factors. While we strive for timely delivery, Sarvgati shall not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic restrictions, strikes, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Force Majeure

Sarvgati shall not be liable for failure or delay in service performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, road closures, or other force majeure events.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is legally permitted for transport, free from leaks or hazards, and accompanied by valid documentation. Any legal non-compliance may lead to service refusal.

11. Use of Website

The content available on this website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, misuse, or reproduction of website content is strictly prohibited.

12. Modifications to Terms

Sarvgati reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
